2022 Frozen Sockeye Fillets

Capts Hayden and Jaymi travel up to Alaska every spring to ready their boats in preparation of the drift gillnet salmon fishery, in Bristol Bay. For about 6 weeks, between June and July, they fish the vessels Frances A and Aurora Reign. After the harvest of Bristol Bay sockeye comes to a close in August the salmon starts its journey to Colorado! Each fillet is flash frozen, pin-boned, and sushi grade.
