FROM OUR NET TO YOUR TABLE:
The process starts with the harvest of sockeye salmon, in Bristol Bay Alaska. Each fish is hand-picked & bled on the back deck of our 32 foot drift boat. We hold the fish in refrigerated sea water up until processing where the salmon is then de-boned and flash frozen. This produces a sushi grade fillet. After a boat ride to Seattle and truck ride to Denver the sockeye continues it's journey to You! Once the fish is shipped, we start planning for our salmon drop schedule!
