We hope to avoid a “Failure to Pick-up”

 

 We understand if life gets in the way of a Pick-up! Communication is key, with Pre-orders or Bulk purchases. We will find middle ground on any obstacle, to make a delivery happen. It is important to give enough notice, so we can properly store your Salmon!

For orders lacking communication, which results in a “Fail to Pick-up” we charge a 15% restock fee for the inconvenience. For Large order or Pre-Order cancelations, we charge a 30% Restock fee to encourage order commitment.
