Garlic Pepper Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 fillet of sockeye salmon, skin on
- 3 Tbs avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt
- Pepper
Garnish (optional)
- Lemon sliced
Directions
Rinse and pat the salmon dry, cut into servings, and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush avocado oil on the top and sides of each piece. Salt and pepper each to liking. Sprinkle minced garlic across all portions.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the salmon in the oven on the middle rack and cook until the thickest piece is Medium. About 15-20 mins.
Serve with (optional) sliced lemon and enjoy.
